This website is operated by Black Diamond Labs Inc. for Ark, the Ark Agentic Call System. These terms apply to browsing the website, submitting a business inquiry, and using the restricted Ark application. Separate service agreements govern activated customer services. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information.

What this website offers

Ark is a business call-handling product for AI answering, qualification, supported appointment workflows, human handoff, and callback follow-up. We are working through a founder-led pilot stage. Website descriptions explain the intended supported offering; a particular workflow or integration is available only after we verify its fit and agree on its scope.

Demo requests and pilot agreements

Requesting a demo asks our team to review your inquiry and contact you. It does not book an appointment, establish a service-level commitment, change phone routing, authorize access to customer systems, create a subscription, or activate production call handling. Pricing, payments, data-processing obligations, availability, support, and pilot acceptance are addressed in a separate written agreement before service activation.

Managed account access

Accounts and business assignments are arranged by Ark founders; public self-registration is not offered. Use only your own account and the business access assigned to you. Keep your authentication methods secure and contact us if your access is incorrect or compromised. Credentials and recovery are handled through Clerk. An account, dashboard, or draft business does not establish a subscription or confirm that telephone service is active.

The initial customer dashboard is read-only and displays available business records. Missing data, a pending setup state, or an unavailable dependency must not be treated as a confirmed booking, successful call, delivered notification, or completed follow-up. We may revoke access when requested by an authorized business representative or needed to protect the service. The Privacy Policy describes the separate retention of access and audit records.

Use the website responsibly

Provide information you are authorized to share and use the website for legitimate inquiries. Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with the site, submit malicious content, impersonate another person, or use automated submissions to overwhelm the service. Do not send customer information, credentials, payment details, or sensitive personal information through the inquiry form. We may restrict abusive submissions or access.

Important service limits

Ark is not an emergency service and must not be relied on for emergency response, diagnosis, or safety advice. Contact emergency services when someone is in immediate danger. AI responses can be mistaken, and phone, calendar, email, and network providers can be unavailable. Human transfers depend on the configured hours, routing, and recipient availability. A saved callback request is not evidence that a person has received or acted on it.

We do not promise a particular response time, business result, cost saving, telephone capacity, integration, or uninterrupted availability through this website. Production services require their own acceptance checks, disclosures, operational owners, and fallback arrangements.

Ark branding and original website materials belong to Black Diamond Labs Inc. or their respective owners. You may read and share links to the site for legitimate business purposes. Do not misrepresent an association with Ark or use our identity to mislead others. Third-party services and linked sites operate under their own terms and policies; a reference does not mean every use of that service is approved or supported.

We take care with the website’s content, but information may change and errors may occur. The website and informational materials are provided as available, without a promise that every description fits your requirements. Nothing here limits rights or protections that applicable law does not allow to be excluded. Any paid service commitments are governed by the applicable signed agreement.
