A clear first answer
An AI assistant greets callers, explains its role, and asks what they need. Keep the conversation moving while your team is on another call or out on a job.
Ark Agentic Call System
Give that call a clear next step. Ark answers, qualifies requests, helps with supported appointments, and connects callers with your team.
Built for service businesses. Starting with residential HVAC.
From first hello to follow-up
“What can I help you with today?”
The service, the location, the next step.
Based on your setup and team availability.
Keep the conversation going
When the front desk is busy or the workday is over, callers still need an answer. Build an answering workflow around what your business can actually do.
An AI assistant greets callers, explains its role, and asks what they need. Keep the conversation moving while your team is on another call or out on a job.
Understand the reason for the call, collect relevant details, and check whether the request fits the services and area you support.
Offer appointments through a supported calendar workflow, try an available human handoff, or save a consented callback request for follow-up.
Coverage with clear expectations
AI answering can be configured for around-the-clock coverage. A human handoff still depends on your team’s hours and availability.
When a person isn’t available, Ark can offer to save callback details with the caller’s consent. A saved request is a follow-up task, not a promise of an immediate response.
Ark does not replace emergency services. Callers with an immediate safety emergency should contact emergency services.
A considered start
Ark is in a founder-led pilot stage. We check fit and supported integrations before agreeing on a launch.
We review your call types, service area, business hours, phone setup, and calendar. Together, we choose a narrow pilot scope.
Review a guided demo and test the proposed answering, appointment, handoff, and fallback paths before any live customer routing.
Confirm integrations, disclosures, availability, responsibilities, and rollback. Activation is a separate, reviewed step.
Before we talk
Service businesses that need help with after-hours or overflow calls. Our initial pilot focus is owner-led residential HVAC businesses, with each workflow reviewed for fit.
Supported appointment workflows can check availability and request confirmation before booking. Google Calendar is the first pilot calendar path. We verify your setup before promising a connection; other calendar and field-service integrations require separate review.
Yes. The assistant identifies itself as AI. Recording and transcription disclosures, consent requirements, and retention are reviewed for the specific pilot before activation.
No. It starts a conversation with the Ark team. It does not change your phone routing, connect your calendar, create a customer account, or start a paid subscription.
The assistant can offer a callback request. Human response times and coverage are agreed for each pilot. A callback task is not a voicemail recording.
Let’s talk calls
Tell us a little about your business and the calls you want help with. We’ll review your request and discuss a demo and possible next steps.
No commitment. No automatic activation.
